Information regarding personal information
Personal information is treated in accordance with applicable legislation. We will deliver the personal information in connection with the purchase to PayEx Sverige AB 621 88 Visby, Sweden and to other PayEx companies that manage personal information in order to perform identification and credit checks, for invoicing and other processing in connection with the debt, as well as gathering of statistics and analytics, improving our processes and developing new products.
The information can also be delivered to sub-contractors, to governmental authorities and to others that have the right to receive the information in accordance with current legislation. The information can also be used for marketing of PayEx products by mail, email or other method, unless not specifically forbidden by the End Customer in written.
Notification of transfer of receivables
The credit is issued by PayEx Sverige AB. The debt will be transferred to PayEx Sverige AB, 556735-5671, St Hansplan 1, 621 88 Visby. Valid payments of the invoice can therefore only be made to PayEx Sverige AB, to the account stipulated on the invoice by PayEx Sverige AB.
The Customer is obliged to include the following terms on their web site in a clear and visible place in their delivery and payment terms for the End Customer who wishes to pay by Invoice, unless agreed otherwise between PayEx and the Customer:
The invoice will be delivered to your official address registered at the Population Register.
Prices and payment
Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the checkout you can see the total price including taxes, VAT, shipping and payment-method.
Payment terms are stated in the checkout depending on the chosen payment method.
Shipping terms are stated in the checkout depending on the shipping method.
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret your purchase. The withdrawal period begins the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item – or a product that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the date we provided information.
You are not entitled to withdrawal if:
The service has commenced during the withdrawal period with your consent.
The price depends on the fluctuations of the financial market, such as a share.
The item cannot be returned due to its nature.
When you took advantage of your right of withdrawal:
You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost because you are negligent, you lose your right of withdrawal.
Guarantees and service
Monlux mirrors have a three year warranty. The warranty is subject to the condition that no impact has occurred on the mirror components, such as mirror glass, cabling or LED loops.
Complaint is made against the appearance of errors
Returns By error-free product, we will credit up to 80% of the charged price to the customer when the product has arrived at Tenhult. A return must be made in writing no later than 8 days after delivery date. Returned product must be in original original packaging and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
When you place your order with us, you indicate your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement with you. You have the right to obtain the information we have registered about you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. If your personal information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or removed. Please contact us by e-mail.
Delivery time is stated in the checkout under the respective shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated at each item.
If you have selected a postage for shipping, your goods will remain on the mail for four weeks. Unpaid goods are returned to us. For all unpacked packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fee currently 150: –
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not for postage. In case of change we will pay the new freight from us to you.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal,
Send or return the product to us.
We shall refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item. You will pay the return costs when you return the item. We always pay the return charge to send back so-called replacement goods.
