Introduction – What are personal data?
When communicating with Monlux, in some cases, personal data may be transmitted. “Personal Data” means any kind of information that can directly or indirectly identify a living, physical person. Monlux is data controller for the information provided to and processed by www.monlux.se. Below is a description of the guidelines that Monlux uses when processing personal data etc. Additional guidelines may apply in specific cases. Deleting data
Monlux does not keep personal data longer than necessary. When personal data is no longer required, they are deleted. This applies, for example, when a question has been answered or when a contractual relationship has been terminated and the parties’ transactions are finalized. In some cases, however, the data may need to be saved afterwards, for example for accounting purposes.
Right to receive information and corrections
Everyone is entitled, upon request, to learn to what extent information about their own person is being processed by Monlux. If such personal data are available at Monlux, the person in question receives the information per request about which personal data are processed, where they were collected, for which objective the processing is being conducted and to whom the information is disclosed. Everyone has the right to request corrections, blocking or deletion of personal information that is incorrect or processed in violation of applicable law. Monlux is then obliged to take such action.
